Embedding AI across
every desk at BEE.

A 4-week Discovery & Roadmap engagement to turn Alessandro's intuition — that AI belongs everywhere in the business — into a sequenced, costed, owner-mapped transformation plan.

Engagement
Phase 1 — Discovery
Duration
4 weeks
§ 01 — Executive summary

You've already had the right insight.

You joined our Openclaw workshop and didn't stop there. You set up Elio — your own AI system — and put it to work. That curiosity is the engine.

Alessandro Bisagni
"AI should be embedded across every part of the business. The hard part is knowing what, where, and how. I want to identify the right place to start, then begin executing." — Alessandro Bisagni, CEO Captured from our last call.
The objective of this engagement

Figure out, for BEE Inc., where to play and how to win in the AI game.

§ 02 What we heard

The current state (in a nutshell).

BEE today, organized by vertical. Each card includes the lead contact we'll engage in Phase 1.

This is my understanding — please correct me where I'm wrong
Sales

11 regions, one rep each

Japan, Australia, Italy, Mongolia, UAE, China, and more. Lead contacts: Ale (CEO), Ray (China), Ahmed (UAE).

PM

Umbrella over Consulting, Monitoring, Testing

No dedicated PMO — leads come out of each engineering sub-function: Consulting, Monitoring, and Testing. Lead contacts: one leader from each of the three teams.

Marketing & Comms

Vacant seat, hiring in PH

Quarterly campaigns, social (LI, FB, X) + blog/news. SEO under-invested. Lead contacts: Ale, plus the new Canva + Claude-literate hire.

HR

No dedicated owner

Lightly scoped this engagement — not the highest-leverage vertical right now. Lead contact: Ale.

Finance

5 people · 11 entities

Xero across 11 legal entities — month-end, intercompany, billing, plus org-wide tool admin. Lead contacts: the two finance leaders.

§ 03 Tooling reality

The stack today — by who uses it.

Who uses what, today.

§ 04 Phase 1 objectives

Three things you will have on day 28.

  • A scored opportunity portfolio across all seven verticals — Sales, PM, Engineering (Consulting / Monitoring / Testing), Marketing & Comms, Finance, with HR rolled in lightly.
  • A target tooling map — what stays, what consolidates, what gets retired (e.g. Pulse), what gets a Claude/MCP layer on top, plus which AI tools each role at BEE should use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, specialized agents — mapped person-by-person).
  • A plan for how AI fits into BEE's day-to-day workflow — vertical by vertical, role by role, with owners, dependencies, and a clear sequence to roll it out.
§ 05 Approach

Three parallel workstreams.

Each workstream maps directly to a Phase 1 objective. A small senior team, a weekly cadence with you, and structured interviews with the people who actually do the work — not "what could AI do?" but "walk me through your last week."

Workstream A → Objective 01

Vertical deep-dives

Structured interviews + observational shadowing, vertical by vertical. Named targets per week: Sales (Ale, Ray, Ahmed). PM + Engineering leaders (Consulting, Monitoring, Testing). Marketing & Comms + HR. Finance (2 leaders).

→ Scored opportunity portfolio
Workstream B → Objective 02

Tool & data audit

Per tool: who uses it, what data lives in it, is it accessible via API/MCP, what would replacement or augmentation look like. Deep dives on Smartsheet, Zoho, Xero+Joiin+Pulse, Harvest, SharePoint proposals.

→ Target tooling map
Workstream C → Objective 03

Roadmap synthesis

Take the opportunity portfolio, the tooling map, and the readiness signal — fold them into a sequenced plan with owners, effort estimates, dependencies, and expected impact.

→ Sequenced rollout plan

§ 09 Why Midas

AI + Data expertise — the pair you need to ship.

The shape of this engagement

Four weeks.
One transformation plan, at half price.

We don't sell pre-baked frameworks. We sit with your team, audit the stack on real data, and leave you with a costed, owner-mapped roadmap — not a slide deck.

0 %
R&D tax deduction
DLRI No. D041 — IRD-certified

A plan you can fund.

We finish Phase 1 with a costed, owner-mapped roadmap — the kind BEE can take straight to the board, with the numbers and the names already in place.

An AI + Data expert is what you need.

Michele (PhD, CEO — AI strategy & delivery) + Anirudh (Data Engineer — pipelines, dashboards, leverage).

We've sequenced this shape before.

Distributed engineering, multi-entity finance, sprawling SaaS, AI-curious leadership without depth in the team. Familiar territory.

§ 10 From here to kickoff

Three steps to start.

A simple path from your thumbs-up to Week 0.

Step 01

Your green light.

A short "let's do this" from BEE confirms the engagement and the scope.

Step 02

NDA & SA.

Midas drafts and circulates the NDA and the service agreement. You sign.

Step 03

Kickoff.

Project starts per the timeline — Week 0 (prep) begins immediately after signature.

Thank you.

Looking forward to figuring out — together — where BEE plays and how BEE wins in the AI game.
